Ceramic coating is a liquid polymer coating that is applied to the exterior surfaces of a vehicle to provide long-lasting protection from the elements. The coating chemically bonds with the vehicle’s factory paint, creating a layer of protection that is more durable and resistant to scratches, chips, and environmental contaminants than traditional wax or sealant. The result is a high-gloss, hydrophobic finish that repels water, dirt, and other debris, and makes cleaning and maintenance easier. Ceramic coating is a popular choice for car owners who want to keep their vehicles looking like new for years to come.
Before applying the coating, the vehicle must first undergo a thorough wash, clay bar treatment, and paint correction to ensure that the surface is free of any contaminants and imperfections that could interfere with the coating’s bonding process. The coating is then applied to the vehicle’s exterior surfaces using a specialized applicator and allowed to cure for a specified period of time, which can range from a few hours to several days depending on the environmental conditions. Once the coating has cured, the vehicle is ready for use and should be protected for several years.
In most cases, 9 out of 10 new vehicles can benefit from some sort of Polishing or Paint Correction. Prepping the vehicle before applying Ceramic Coating and Paint Protection Film will greatly enhance the gloss and film will lock it in for years to come. It is also going to determine the quality of the results. However, this is not always necessary and can be determined on a case-by-case basis.
Ceramic coating is a popular choice for car owners who want to protect their vehicles from the damaging effects of the environment. The coating creates a durable, hydrophobic layer that helps to prevent scratches, swirl marks, and damage from environmental contaminants such as UV rays, acid rain, and bird droppings. This means that the vehicle’s paint will stay in excellent condition for longer, reducing the need for costly repairs or repainting. Ceramic coating also provides a high-gloss finish that enhances the appearance of the vehicle and deepens the color and shine of the paint. Additionally, the coating makes cleaning and maintenance easier, as dirt and grime can be easily wiped away. Overall, ceramic coating is a great investment for car owners who want to keep their vehicles looking like new for years to come.
It is a common misconception that a brand new vehicle requires no paint correction and that the paint is fresh from the factory. It is the dealership’s usual practice to do a new car prep before delivering to the customer. Dealerships will always use the fastest and cost effective way to prep the car, which inevitably creates these imperfections. In addition to that, the dealership details uses a body shop glaze and a combination of high speed machines with dirty wool pads to create that show car shine under the showroom lights. This merely helps to create extra gloss, hiding all the imperfections remaining.
Decontamination (sometimes referred to as “decon”) is the process of removing those “things” that do not come off with just a car wash. These contaminants may come in the form of iron deposits, tar, paint overspray, concrete splatter, or sap. This is a crucial pre-paint correction step to deliver the best results.
We get this all the time. We usually get the vehicle with a bunch of holograms in the paint and wax all in the emblems and honeycomb areas. This is clear signs of an inexperienced detailer with a rotary and a wool pad and with too much compound or polish, and not properly trim masking around vehicle prior to polishing.
Typically, we offer up to 3 stages of paint correction on a vehicle. The first stage is the cutting stage. Here, we use an aggressive cutting pad, typically made of microfiber or wool, along with a cutting compound liquid, to remove heavy defects and swirls from the paint. The next step is polishing. This is done typically using a foam polishing pad, and a liquid polish. This does 2 things, remove more minor swirl marks and scratches, and leave the surface extremely clear and glossy in preparation for coating. The 3rd and final step, which is less common, is ultra fine polishing. This is done with a very very mild polishing pad, and heavy polishing liquid. This is done to further exchange the gloss and overall appearance of the painted surface prior to coating.

Paint Correction normally takes anywhere between six to 30 hours, depending on the vehicle. Price will be determined based on number of hours required, the type of vehicle and customer expectations. We do not give prices for paint correction over the phone, but we can set you up for an in-person appointment to inspect the paint and go from there. [Click here]

Paint protection film is a physical barrier that is applied to the exterior surfaces of a vehicle, while ceramic coating is a liquid polymer coating that chemically bonds with the vehicle’s factory paint. Both provide protection from environmental contaminants, but paint protection film is more effective at preventing physical damage such as scratches and rock chips.

It is crucial that you do not roll down your windows for at least three to five days after the installation. The tint requires some time to adhere to the glass, and following this guideline will ensure a proper bond.
The duration of the window tinting process depends on the type and number of windows being tinted, as well as the complexity of the vehicle. On average, the installation can take anywhere from two to four hours. However, it’s important to note that this is just an estimate, and the actual time may vary.
We offer a warranty on our window tinting service to provide you with peace of mind. Our warranty covers issues such as bubbling, peeling, fading, and discoloration. The specific terms and duration of the warranty will be provided to you at the time of the installation.
We work with reputable brands known for their high-quality window films. The specific brand options may vary depending on availability and customer preferences. As for the shade of tints, we offer a range of choices to meet your needs, including light, medium, and dark shades. During the consultation, we can discuss the available options and help you select the most suitable tint for your vehicle.
Our window tints are designed to withstand the normal heat generated by the sun and the defoggers in your vehicle. They are heat-resistant and should not be adversely affected by the heated glass. However, it is important to avoid using abrasive materials or sharp objects on the tinted windows, as these can cause damage. Additionally, excessive heat, such as from a heat gun, should be avoided during cleaning or other processes to prevent potential harm to the tint.
